There is a great tool available called LetterMeLater which allows you to queue e-mail messages to be sent for a future date. It’s great for when a client or colleague asks me to send them an e-mail in a week on a task he or she needs to complete. Rather than writing a to-do to send the email on the appropriate date and time, get the to-do done now by queuing the message in LetterMeLater.

As a veteran virtual worker, I know better. If you work from home 3 or more days a week, you have probably become familiar a distinctive set of challenges I call the work at home blues or WAH. WAH or waaaaah! as I say it, refers to the unproductive work habits commonly cultivated by the isolation and detachment that remote workers experience when working from home.
